  • What are the shipping times for your products?

    We ship the product within 48 hours. Your order will be delivered within 15 days.

  • Where do we ship your product from?

    Our offices are located in Paris, France. Our international warehouse is located in China.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We ship our products to all countries in the European Union as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom. For shipping outside of these countries, please contact us.

  • Can I get product advice?

    The Lamp'Addict teams are passionate about interior decoration and design! So do not hesitate to contact us for a no-obligation appointment by telephone.

  • How do I know if the product is in stock?

    You will find this information on the page of the product you are looking for.

  • How can I pay?

    We use the payment operator Stripe.

  • How can I return the ordered item?

    You can return your items or request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is returned to us in its original condition with packaging. To do this, simply contact us by email and we will guide you on the procedure to follow. Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • What happens if my product no longer works?

    Is your product damaged, no longer working as it should or broken after the 14 day period has expired? If this is the case, we will exchange the product for you immediately. This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

  • I am a professional and would like to order a large number of products, can I benefit from a discount?

    If you are a professional (interior designer, restaurateur, trader, electrician, etc.) and you wish to place an order with a large volume of lamps, we can study your request by offering you a B2B discount according to your profile.
